  • Henry W. Todd, Sr.
    Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President, A. M. Todd

    As chief executive officer, Henry Todd is responsible for A. M. Todd’s vision and global branding. A fourth-generation descendant of company founder Albert May Todd, he began his employment in the mint group of the A. M. Todd organization, in Kalamazoo, in 1969. In 1970 he moved to Pennsylvania to work with Zink & Triest Company, Inc., a member of the A. M. Todd Group. He was president of Zink & Triest from 1993 through 2002. Since May 2001 he has served as chairman, CEO, and president of the A. M. Todd Group.

    Mr. Todd is a trustee of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) Funds, Boston, as well as State Street Global Advisors’ Ireland Funds. He is a member of the Institute of Flavor Technologists (IFT), Flavors and Extracts Manufacturers Association (FEMA), and the Vanilla Bean Association of America. He serves on Tabor Academy’s, Headmaster’s Council and is a past member of the board of Doylestown Hospital in Pennsylvania.

    Cathy Miller is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of finance, accounting, and systems experience. Since joining A. M. Todd in 2002, she has played an instrumental role in the company’s transition from commodity supplier to functional-foods and flavor provider.

    Before joining A. M. Todd, Ms. Miller worked for several high-growth, highly acquisitive public companies, moving from accounting manager to controller to corporate treasurer roles. Throughout her career, she has been known as a change agent with a track record of using process improvement to add value.

  • Raymond J. Hughes
    President, A. M. Todd - Ingredients | Flavors

    Ray Hughes is a flavor industry veteran with more than 26 years of experience.  Prior to joining A. M. Todd in 2006, Mr. Hughes was President, North American Flavor Division, at Symrise, Inc, where he was responsible for growing and positioning Symrise to become a leading player in the global flavor industry.  He formerly held a number of positions including President and CEO of DRAGOCO North America prior to the merger between DRAGOCO and Haarmann & Reimer that formed Symrise.  At A. M. Todd he is charged with strategically growing the Flavor Division to becoming a leading provider of specialty, technology-driven flavor solutions in the confectionery, oral care and beverage industries.   Mr. Hughes also oversees the operations at A. M. Todd - India in Mumbai.

    Mr. Hughes is active at the board level in the Flavor & Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) as well as the International Organization of the Flavor Industry (IOFI).

    President, A. M. Todd - Botanical | Therapeutics

    Bob King joined A. M. Told in late 2003, bringing 20 years of experience with pharmaceutical and life science applications to his position. He formerly served in sales, marketing, and corporate management with Frontier Biomedical, Eli Lilly & Company, Millipore Corporation, and HyClone Laboratories. He is currently serving a three-year term on the American Herbal Products Association’s board of trustees and is a member of the American Botanical Council.

    Henry Todd, Jr., a fifth generation descendent of the founder, currently serves as managing director of A. M. Todd Company – Europe. In this position, he is responsible for sales and marketing of mint oil and flavors throughout the European Union. Mr. Todd is an experienced trader and exporter of commodities involved since1992 in developing strategy for affiliated businesses. Prior to joining A. M. Todd, Mr. Todd worked in sales and marketing at State Street Global Advisors, the asset-management arm of State Street Bank.

    Mr. Rosenzweig has had a prolific career as an entrepreneur, investor, and brand builder. He was co-founder and chief executive officer of The Republic of Tea, an award-winning specialty tea company; senior vice president of Odwalla, the nation’s largest fresh juice company; vice president of Nakamichi; partner and chief executive officer of Hambrecht Vineyards and Wineries, and chairman of Winetasting.com. Mr. Rosenzweig is on the faculty of the Haas School of Business at University of California at Berkeley. He is the co-author of the best-selling book The Republic of Tea: How an Idea Becomes a Business.
