Mr. Hughes is a flavor industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining A.M. Todd in 2006, Mr. Hughes was President, North American Flavor Division, at Symrise, Inc, with responsibility for growing and positioning Symrise to become a leading player in the global flavor industry. He formerly held a number of positions including President and CEO of DRAGOCO North America prior to the merger between DRAGOCO and Haarmann & Reimer that formed Symrise. At A.M. Todd he is charged with strategically growing the business to become a leading provider of specialty, technology-driven taste solutions in the confectionery, oral care, and beverage and functional ingredient industries. Mr. Hughes is currently the President of the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association of the United States (FEMA) as well as a Board member of the International Organization of Flavor Industries (IOFI) based in Brussels. Belgium. Mr. Hughes goal is to build on the previous Todd family generations to create value for our shareholders and key customers.

Steven M. Buell, A.M. Todd’s Vice President of Finance, has 17 years experience in Finance and over 12 years experience in the Flavor Industry. Mr. Buell joined the company as a Financial Analyst and has served in a variety of financial positions. In his current assignment as Vice President of Finance, Mr. Buell is responsible for the global Finance operations, Information Technology and the Royal Organic Products Company. Prior to joining A.M. Todd, Mr. Buell worked for several years in the furniture industry. Top

Robert F. Wheeler, a Certified Public Accountant, has over 15 years of broad management experience in the areas of finance, accounting, procurement and operations; most of that time has been in the flavor industry. He has been an officer of the Company for over 10 years during which he has held a variety of positions including Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Finance & Procurement, and, since 2006, Vice President of Global Supply Chain. In his current role, Mr. Wheeler is responsible for the coordination of the Company’s Global Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics and Customer Service departments. Mr. Wheeler is a Director of the Company’s wholly-owned Indian subsidiary and is a Board member of the Mint Industry Research Council. Prior to joining A.M. Todd, he worked for Ernst & Young serving clients in several different industries including manufacturing, health care, higher education, and not-for-profit.

Henry Todd, Jr., a fifth generation descendent of the founder, currently serves as managing director of A. M. Todd Company – Europe. In this position, he is responsible for sales and marketing of mint oil and flavors throughout the European Union. Mr. Todd is an experienced trader and exporter of commodities involved since 1992 in developing strategy for affiliated businesses. Prior to joining A. M. Todd, Mr. Todd worked in sales and marketing at State Street Global Advisors, the asset-management arm of State Street Bank.
