    Mr. Shepherd is the former President of Shepherd Products, a distributor of specialty paper and plastic products. Mr. Shepherd founded his company in the 1970’s after serving two tours of duty in the United States Army and holding positions in several specialty paper companies, . Mr. Shepherd has served on numerous public and private boards. Mr. Shepherd became a Director of the Company in 2007

  • Dr. R. Davis Webb, Jr.
    Vice Chairman

    Dr. Webb is a principal of EntroSOL, which creates and refines the business processes necessary for sustained new-product innovation. Before founding EntroSOL, he created best-practice new product development within The Timken Company. Dr. Webb earned a PhD in mechanical engineering from the Laboratory for Manufacturing and Productivity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA), and was one of the first people to be certified by that organization as a new product development professional. Dr. Webb is the current chairman of the board of trustees of the Braitmayer Foundation. Dr. Webb became a Director of the Company in 2000.

  • A. John Todd III

    John Todd is a retired chairman of the A. M. Todd Group. He joined the company in 1964 and has served as a director of the company since 1971. During his tenure with A. M. Todd, he served as vice president, treasurer, executive vice president, president, and chief executive officer. Mr. Todd replaced his uncle, Winship Todd, as chairman; he is the great-grandson of company founder Albert May Todd. John Todd is currently a trustee of the A. M. Todd Community Foundation, as well as other charitable organizations.

  • James S. Todd

    Jim Todd is a retired Vice Chairman of the A. M. Todd Group and past President of Great Spirit Ventures. Mr. Todd is now the Principal in Pale Rider LLC, a strategy consultancy. Throughout his tenure with A. M. Todd, Jim Todd played a key role in strategic business development. As executive vice president, Mr. Todd helped lead the development of the mint business, spearheading a number of initiatives such as the development of the company’s Indian subsidiary. He also had primary responsibility for the company’s citrus-related activities in Florida and Mexico. Mr. Todd helped develop the company’s Florida citrus joint venture, SunPure Ltd.; he worked with A. M. Todd’s joint venture partner to successfully transform SunPure’s juice-processing assets into Cargill CitroPure, a joint venture with Cargill. After the sale of the SunPure flavor company, Mr. Todd joined Will Rosenzweig in founding Great Spirit Ventures in 2003. Mr. Todd became a Director of the Company in 1987.
